The whole game runs on one idea: a plain crop is cheap, but the right mutations turn it into a fortune. Here's how the value math works — and how to use the calculator to sell or trade smarter.
Value = base × weight² × mutations Rare mutations swing the mostEvery crop has a base sell value and an in-game weight. Final value ≈ base × weight² × every mutation. When a crop has several mutations, their multipliers stack by multiplying together — not by adding.
A carrot (base ~15) with Wet (×2) sells for ~30. Simple single multiplier.
The same carrot with Wet (×2) and Gold (×20) sells for ~15 × 40 = 600. Multipliers compound fast.
This is exactly what the crop value calculator does for you — pick the crop, enter its weight, toggle the mutations, read the price. It also squares the fruit's weight (type the kg from your game). The math is exact; only the base numbers shift with updates.
Mutations split into a few buckets, and a few of them move value dramatically:
Order does not matter for the product — Wet × Gold is the same as Gold × Wet. The calculator multiplies them all regardless of sequence.
Two strategies both work, depending on your goal:
Crops like Starfruit, Candy Blossom, Moon Blossom start high even with no mutations. A clean one already sells well; mutations just multiply a big number.
Cheap crops with Shocked or Rainbow can out-earn expensive ones. The multiplier, not the seed price, decides the payout.
Before a big sale, open the calculator and toggle what your crop actually has. Trading? Show the computed number so both sides agree on value.
Pick a crop, toggle its mutations, and see the sell price in one tap.
